Introduction
Welcome to Blue Skies Butterflies Edu-Care! My name is Pamela Vest and I am the owner /
operator. I am a
professional licensed childcare provider, not a babysitter. So please do not call me a babysitter. I
am also a small
business owner and my own boss.
Although family childcare is a form or self-employment, unlike other businesses, there is no room
for
growth or expansion due to licensing regulations. I am not guaranteed any benefits that most
employees take for
granted such as health insurance, paid sick days, paid vacations, personal days, workman’s
compensation,
unemployment insurance, retirement / pension plan, or bonuses. My contractual policies reflect
this. My fees and
policies are well though out and are NON-NEGOTIABLE. There is no room for negotiations or
arguments of the polices.
If you do not agree or cannot follow these rules please do not enroll your child or find alternate
care.
Please don’t take this handbook, contract, or policies lightly, they are legal and binding. Please
keep in mind that I am
a working parent. Just like you, I too have family demands and a life outside of daycare.
In order to make our relationship as enjoyable as possible, the following pages contain mutually
beneficial
requirements, which as necessary to ensure that there are no misunderstandings between either
of us.
About Provider
My name is Pam Vest. I am licensed by the Department of Social Services for 12 kids ages newborn
to 12 years 11
months, First Aid / CPR certified / Universal Precaution, Medication Administrative Certified, and
well trained to run a daycare. I have an Associates Degree in Administrative Support Technology
and an Early Childhood Education degree and Childcare Business Management Degree. I also
receive training from Childcare Education Institute. DSS requires that we receive 6 hours per
year but I usually receive over 200 hours training a year.

Admissions and Enrollment
Blue Skies Butterflies Edu-Care offers services to children ages newborn - 12 years 11 months. No
child will be denied services based on sex, religion, race, or handicap. I will do my best to
accommodate children with special needs. I do reserve the right to deny services based on
available spots for that particular age group.
There are some forms that must be completed before I can offer my services. NO EXCEPTIONS!
This is to ensure that your child will get the very best care from me. Please do not wait until the
first day to return the forms so that they can be reviewed and corrected if needed.
Parent / Provider Contract
Parent Handbook Form (last page in this book)
Child Enrollment Forms
Policy Forms
Birth Certificate or other proof of birth document
Physical and Immunization Form (School Entrance Form)
Daycare Liability Insurance Form
You are required to keep me informed of any addresses, telephone numbers, and any other
information listed on any of the forms above. I will be in need of cell phone numbers and e-mail
addresses. If you have any questions or need assistance regarding the completion of these
forms, please feel free to ask. Forms are revised yearly usually in October before my license is
due for renewal.
Fees
First week tuition is required BEFORE services can be offered. First 3 months of preschool
payment is due the first day of attendance.
Supplies
*Starting March 10, 2008 parents are now required to supply wipes for their children.
Children should have a change of clothes including socks. Parents can either bring diapers for
the day or leave some in their child’s diaper container. Baby wipes should be in a plastic
container and have your child’s name wrote on it. The diapers and wipes are located in the
changing area. Please check them periodically so that we will know when to bring more. Cups
and food containers at arrival and departure while walking around are not allowed. Any item lost,
destroyed, misplaced, or stolen will not be replaced by the provider/daycare. Parents with infants
must supply bottles with prepared milk in the bottles. Each bottle must have the child’s full name
and date written on it. The bottles should be prepared and marked BEFORE arriving to daycare.
Parents may bring cups for the ride how with liquid already supplied in them. The children may not
walk around with food or drinks at any time. Please put these items in the fridge. Due to USDA
rules, packing lunches will not be allowed.
Trial Period
The first (1st) week of enrollment is a trial / adjustment period for the child, parent, and provider.
During this week, (Monday – Friday) the parent or provider may terminate care without notice.
After Friday 5:30pm of the first week, a two-week notice is required to terminate care. Should you
be in default of the two week notice, full payment is still required for the two weeks and other fees
will apply. Two week notices should be both verbal and written. You will find this form in the
parent information area.
Termination
Blue Skies Butterflies Edu-Care reserves the right to terminate childcare services with or without
a two week notice for the following reasons but not limited to:
Constant late childcare payment or Non-Payment
Failure to complete the required forms
Lack of parental cooperation
Failure of child / parent to adjust
Physical or verbal abuse to anyone in the daycare
Child or parent exhibits disruptive behavior
Lack of compliance with handbook regulations
Serious illness of child or provider
No Call No Shows
Parent / grandparents / other person present constant problems
Writing a bad check on a closed account (knowing)
Writing a check on a negative balance account (knowing)
Two Week Notice
Full two week payment is expected the day you hand in your two week notice. A notice can be
handed in at any time
but can only start on a Monday. Any parent that just does not show up as a way to terminate the
contract will be in
breach of contract and will be charged fees and will be reported to Provider Watch for collection.
Collection attempts with no success can result in garnishment of paychecks and a negative credit
report.
Provider has the right to terminate a contract without a notice in case of harm to other children or
a child or parent
intentionally causes a dangerous situation, inappropriate behavior, slander, and if a child or
parent causes false situations that could damage the daycare, the provider, the home, other
children, other parents, or the providers family.
Hours of Operation
Monday - Friday 6:45am - 5:30pm
Drop Off and Pick Up
Please be prompt at picking up your children. I too have a family life and things that must get
done. The only time I can run errands and pay my bills within other business time frame is when
parents pick their child up right after work and make pick ups quick. My children have activities
during the evenings and have been late over this situation. There have been times everyone has
left early and ONE child is left here in daycare while the parents are home napping, cleaning,
cooking, and decorating for holiday, visiting family, shopping, and so forth. And I have missed my
children important functions, teachers meetings, and so on which could have been avoided.
Daycare hours are NOT offered from OPEN time to CLOSED times. Children do need to be with
their parents and not in daycare for 10-12 hours while the parent is not working. Please consider
your child when making a decision to leave them in daycare while you attend functions other than
work / doctors/ dentist/ etc.. Daycare should not be used as a “play date”. I am very tired at the
end of day and it burns me out to have to watch children while the parent is home cooking /
cleaning while they leave their child here to play. I don’t get breaks or rest times as on a regular
job so PLEASE be considerate to me, my family, and your child. Parents picking up AFTER closing
will be charged $1.00 per min until your arrival. The clock on the wall beside the door will reflect
this time. Payments of late fees must be paid at pick up.
Payments
No childcare tuition raise will be negotiated. This raise is to cover all the extra cost put onto me
by DSS training and regulations. My fees are still way below the average of Montgomery County.
Not Potty Trained - $112.00 per child per week- starting 2008
Potty Trained - $98.00 per child per week - starting 2008
Childcare payments are paid in advance every Monday morning. If you are not attending that day,
your payment is still expected. Any payment not paid on Monday AT DROP OFF will be charged a
$5.00 late fee each day it is late INCLUDING WEEKENDS. Childcare payments will no longer be pro-
rated or discounted in any way. You are NOT paying for the service you are paying for the spot. If
your child will be out a week for sickness or other reason, you are still responsible for full
payment. So PLEASE do not try to negotiate the payment with me, or write your check out for the
amount other than contracted, or just not pay.
REMEMBER: Childcare Isn’t Expensive...It’s Priceless
Late Fees
Late Pick Up Fee: $1.00 per min after 5:30 pm
Late Payment Fee: $5.00 per day late until paid including weekends
Return Check Fee: $40.00 per incident
No Call No Show Fee: $10.00 per incident per child if food was prepared and tossed
Payment Schedule
Due to non-payments / late payments, I can no longer allow “trust” when it comes to
payments. I must insist that EVERYONE pay every Monday AT DROP OFF regardless of the situation
or reason. If
Monday is a closed day due to a holiday payments should be given on the last open daycare day.
The daycare cannot survive on non-payments. These payments are my paycheck and should be
on time just as your is at your work place. Payments received AFTER drop off will be charged a
$5.00 late fee if payments have already been taken to the bank for processing.
Receipts
Weekly receipts will not be given out with each payment unless you have a reimbursement from
work and need one
each week. I will be keeping track of all payments made and you will receive a form at the end of
December for tax
purposes. Please take this paper with you when you fill out your taxes. If you leave the daycare,
they will be mailed it will be your responsibility to inform me of any address change. If your tax
paper is returned back to me it will be placed in your child’s closed out file. I also will be turned
these forms in when I prepare my taxes.
Daycare Phone / Personnel Phone
I pay an extra fee to have a daycare business phone. This number 381-2464 will be listed in the
Yellow Business section under childcare and it will be listed as Blue Skies Butterflies Edu-Care or
BSB EDU CARE. I ask that you DO NOT call my personnel line but always call the daycare line.
When you are in need of me after daycare has closed I ask that you call the daycare phone and if
you don’t get an answer (which I normally will not answer the phone after business hours) please
just leave a message and I will return your call if needed. Anyone calling my personnel line will
not get an answer nor will I return your call if you leave a message.
If you do not get an answer please do not come to my home knocking on my door. I need a break
from daycare business and after daycare has closed I am spending time with my family. Anyone
calling or knocking on my personnel door after daycare hours will not get an answer. I too have a
life and a family besides daycare.
Attendance
Payment obligation is based on the spot you agreed to use for childcare NOT ON
ATTENDANCE or my service or the open business hours. No refunds will be given or deductions
will be made for days your child is absent. I am sure to tell everyone this during your interview so
this situation should not arise or complains should not be voiced when you are charged the flat
rate fee. The flat rate fee is for operating days and hours ONLY. Anything over those set days and
hours will be charged an extra fee.
Leave From Work
I cannot hold a child’s spot while the parents are not working, on maternity leave, parent or child
illness, or any other
reason UNLESS you continue to pay for your child’s spot. Failure to secure your child’s spot will
result in loss of the
spot.
Holidays
Payments are still expected for holidays. You will be notified in advance on the day I will be
closed. Closed days will
depend on which day the holiday falls on as to which day we will be closed. REMEMBER: Payments
are still expected on the prior open day. The dates listed below are subject to change with a
notice.
For 2008
March 21, 2008 - Good Friday - PAID DAY
May 26, 2008 - Memorial Day - PAID DAY /(Tuition Payment due May 23, 2008 for the week of the
26th)
July 4, 2008 - Independence Day - PAID DAY
September 1, 2008 - Labor Day - PAID DAY(Tuition due Aug. 29th for the week of Sept. 1)
November 11, 2008 – Veterans’ Day – PAID DAY
November 26-28, 2008 - Thanksgiving - PAID DAYS
December 24-26, 2008 - Christmas - PAID DAYS
Personnel Days
Occasional I must be closed to attend dentist, doctor, or other such event. These will be rare and
far between. Please be considerate and understanding when daycare has to be closed for a
personnel day. I work long hours each day and do not have the opportunity as to leave work early
or call in to attend appointments or stay home sick as you do on your job. I am as reliable as I can
be so please no complaints for any situations that may happen that will require me to close. As
always, no discounts will be given for these days. Children getting off the bus CANNOT get off at
the daycare without me or my husband here. It is against the law for them to get off without an
adult and can cause me to get a violation or lose my license. If I am closed alternate arrangements
must be made.
Vacations
The daycare will be closed for one week per year. Payment is still required for provider’s vacation
and must be paid on the last operation day. You will be given at least 2 month notice of the
vacation. Days off are VERY important because they prevent burn outs. Please expect my
vacation to be anywhere in July or August of 2008. The exact week will be announced when RAAP
announces theirs so that my husband and I will be off on the same week.
Parents must give me two weeks in advance of their vacation time. Payments are still expected
and required BEFORE you leave. If payments are not paid your spot will be filled. Parents who
take their vacation with mine will still be charged their tuition fee.
Substitute Care
Parents are responsible for finding their own back up care for closed days. Sometimes my
husband can watch the children for me and you will be advised in as much warning as possible.
Photographing
Pictures are taken during the day. The ones that are allowed will be posted on the internet.
Monitoring System
The daycare does have a monitoring system that records from certain times in pictures to save on
tape. These tapes are confidential and do contain information that parents talk to the provider
about. So, they cannot be viewed for pleasure.
Cleaning
The daycare room is disinfected several times during the day. Children cannot share blankets,
cribs, mats, food, or drinks. Blankets and sheets are washed as needed or on Fridays. Mats and
changing table is disinfected at the end of the day when the children have gone due to the odor.
Please do not allow your child to bring a blanket or pillow unless they keep it in their cubbies for
nap time use ONLY.
Diapers
Diapers are checked every 2 hour or as needed. The changing table MUST be cleaning with a soap
solution and then with a bleach water solution and then sprayed down with a disinfecting spray
AFTER each use. It is also required that everyone washes their hands after each change.
PLEASE do not change your child’s diaper on the tables or floor. It is against the DSS rules and I
can receive a violation. Please use the changing table and put the soiled diaper in the diaper pail
in beside the table. The diaper wipes are supplied by the daycare until March 10, 2008. PLEASE
WASH THE TABLE AS INSTRUCTED AND WASH YOUR HANDS after you use it.
Infant Meals
Infants are given bottles, food, naps, and diaper changes on demand. Infant’s milk and formula
can only be heated with a baby bottle warmer. NO microwaves will be used. Breast feeding moms
may visit at any time, including during nap time to breast feed their children. No child / mother will
ever be denied an attempt to breast feed. They
will be given as much privacy as possible because of the importance of relaxing while feeding.
Cubbies / Parent Info Board
You will find the parent info center on the left as you enter the daycare. You will find USDA visits,
DSS visits, violations if any was found, special events, menu, or closed days.
Please put your child’s items up DON’T throw them in the floor. DO NOT bring more than the
cubbies will hold.
Arrivals / Departures
Please make drop-off and pick-up as short as possible. Let me know if someone other than
yourself will be picking up your children. I MUST KNOW OF DROP OFF AND PICK UP TIMES.
Communication: I am very open when it comes to questions or concerns you may have about your
child. Drop-offs and pick-ups are not the best times to discuss problems or concerns. We can do it
over the phone, email, or set up an appointment. When I call you or email you it is VERY important
that you respond. Please don’t ignore as an attempt to resolve an issue. Only serious situations
will be offered a meeting if the parents / provider decide it is needed.
Separation: It is normal for some children to have problems separating from their parent at drop-
off. Please be brief
when dropping off. The longer you prolong the departure the harder it will be. A smile, cheerful
goodbye, and a
reassurance that you will return is all that is needed. I have found that children tend to get
involved in activities as soon as the parent leaves.
Boundaries: This is a time for testing when two different type authority figures are present (parent
and provider). The children will test to see if the rules still apply when parents are around. I
expect parents to back up the rules at drop offs and pick ups. Also, PLEASE don’t allow your child
to irate, hurt, pick on others, do things I say NO to, or disrupt the daycare in anyway.
Safety: Due to us being so close to the interstate I must insist that all parents be in control of their
children during pick up and drop offs. Please don’t allow your child (regardless of age) leave or
enter the daycare without you.
Meals and Snacks
Well balanced breakfast, lunch, and snack will be provided. Food is offered to your child but they
are not forced to eat. To be able to receive seconds, the child is encouraged to eat what is on
their plate. Children with a special diet MUST supply the daycare with a doctor’s note. Packing
lunches is not allowed because we are on USDA.
Breakfast - 8:30 am
Lunch - 11:30 am
Snack -3:00 pm
I prepare breakfast at 8:00am. If you are arriving after these times please feed your child BEFORE
arriving to daycare. To stick to a schedule child cannot be offered meals after meals have been
served. Children arriving late should call the daycare at least 1 hour BEFORE meal times. If your
child arrives during meals and you have not called their meal cannot be prepared again.
According to DSS rules, children are NOT allowed to walk around with food and drinks. PLEASE
help your children of at drop off/pick up to obey this rule. If children arrive to daycare with food
they MUST sit down with it at the table to finish. This is a DSS and USDA rule along with my rules. I
cannot shampoo food and drink out of our carpet each morning and evening. Bringing food and
drinks are discouraged due to hurting others feelings.
Infants cannot be given a bottle or prop up bottles in cribs or other play areas. Infants MUST be
held while they drink
their bottle while in daycare. (DSS regulations) Child will never be allowed bottle or cups while
sleeping. Children over 1 year of age will not be given bottles in daycare but a spill proof cup at
meals. Children who are 2 will be taught how to drink out of an open cup. Children that spill it
often or needs my constant attention to drink out of it will be reassigned a spill proof cup.
If your child requires a modified diet you will need to provide a doctors excuse. As always, infants
are given food, diapers, bottles, and naps on demand. All children’s diapers are changed every
hour or as needed.
Pacifiers
Children that are 12 months and up are not allowed pacifiers while at the daycare if it is thrown
down on the ground where others can pick it up. Infants are only allowed pacifiers while in their
crib.
Quiet Time
All children are required to rest or nap. Our rest time is 12:00 - 3:00. Please don’t visit, drop-off, or
pick-up at this time. If the shade is drawn please DO NOT knock on the door unless it is urgent or
unexpected pick up. A quick email or call before arriving will benefit not only me but the children.
Knocking on the door or picking up wakes the children up and creates a disruptive day ALONG
with having me miss my break. Daycare providers do not get breaks a regular job so nap time is a
much needed break for me! Children 12 months and up are required to sleep on mats. Infants
under 12 months will be given a crib.
Items From Home
I ask that you don’t bring toys, cups, and other items to daycare that are not needed. If you do,
they will be taken
from the child and put in the cubbies / refrigerator. This prevents lost, destroyed, misplaced
items and others from sharing cups / germs. * Infants (under 12 months) are allowed their own toys
due to them putting things in their mouth. Please NO FOOD from home due to crumbs all over the
floor and hurt feelings.
Potty Training
Potty training will only begin when the child shows signs that they are ready. Some signs include
saying the functions, waking up dry in the mornings and at nap at daycare most of the time, staying
dry at least 2 hours during the day, can follow simple instructions, such as a request to sit down or
remove his clothing, can walk to and from the bathroom and sit still for a few minutes, shows
discomfort when diaper is soiled, and wanting to sit on potty.
Potty training should begin at home before daycare will be offered that support. Child will not be
forced to do so. Parents should dress their children in lose fitting clothing. Buttons and snaps
are not advised due to difficulty of getting them on and off. Parents should be consistent with
potty training at home or daycare support will not continue.
All children must be trained completely before the price will drop to the Potty Trained price.
Completely means no more than 2 accidents at daycare a month (30 days) including BM’s, staying
dry at nap, and going on their own without my help or reminder. Children must be trained by their
3rd birthday or an extra fee will be charged of $5.00 per week.
Program
We use the Funshine Express program for children 2 years old and up Parents are charged every
3 months for this program. Payments can no longer be split up and must be paid in full every 3
months. Please make the check out to Funshine Express so that I can mail off everyone’s
payment all at once. It depends on how many children are enrolled as to what the price will be and
if they raise their rates. Payments are due one month in advance BEFORE the scheduled program
is to begin.
We try to do follow the schedule every day. Please review the forms that they supply so that we
will be aware what is going on. Sometimes nothing is offered in the program for that day and it
also depends on the children’s day and behavior and my load of work. Remember, I am ONE
person taking care of FIVE to EIGHT children. Children who are arriving late or absent will not be
given the program if it is over. Any child absent or late will be given their pack to take home and
use with their parent. Any fee paid in advance cannot be refunded because the program cannot
be canceled after the order. If your desire is to terminate services or I terminate your spot it is
your responsibility to visit the daycare at the beginning of the month to pick up your child’s packet
for that month. If payment has not been made your child will not be offered the program. There has
to be at least 2 children doing the program before it can be offered. If a grant is offered to the
daycare for education parents will NOT be charged for the program.
Parents should continue teaching their children ABC’s, counting, numbers, and such. You should
reinforce these skills at home as well.
Behavior / Discipline
I will advise you in writing of any discipline action take with your child. Spanking or other type of
physical punishment is strictly prohibited. Discipline will not be associated with food, drink, rest,
or toileting. Children will not be subject to punishment that is severe, humiliating, or frightening.
The goal of discipline is to help children see the sense in acting a certain way. This is a time
consuming task and it is important that we remain realistic in the expectations in the behavior of
each child. The child’s age and development stage will be taken into consideration.
I like to use positive discipline and guidance based on individual needs and development. I am
giving choices and praise for being good and trying to do better. When needed, I will use a brief
time-out in an open area in the daycare room. Time-out consists of 1 min per birthday. Example - 3
year old will receive 3 min. Children under 18 months will NOT be given time out or other forms of
discipline. Time out is given very rarely.
Rules
No gum / candy / cups / toys / food from home
No climbing on tables, the infant area, or toys
No touching computer, tv, vcr,
No children allowed in my desk area
No picking up other daycare children (this is against the law)

EVER GRAD OR HIT ANOTHER ON THEIR PRIVATE AREAS)
No going upstairs or downstairs (we have one room regulated for daycare use)
No getting into others cubbies
No profanity
Shoes / socks must be worn at all times (excluding non walking children)
No parent is allowed to correct other children in facility
Please drive slowly on the main road. The speed limit is 25.
Go slow up daycare driveway
Items broke by children will be charged to the parent for replacement.
No stealing from the daycare will be tolerated. Any items taken will be charged to the parents and
then the child will be terminated.
Anyone making a racial comment or joke will be immediately terminated! All children are precious
and welcomed into my daycare REGARDLESS of their race, sex, or religion. If different races
offend you then this is NOT the daycare for you.
Health / Illness Policy
State law requires that all children in a childcare setting be up to date on their shots
(immunizations) and a physical form, it must be signed and dated from their physician. Children
with 100 f or over, contagious diseases, vomiting, running nose (other than clear), accompanied
with a cough or diarrhea cannot remain in daycare. If your child is
taken to a doctor, I will need a release from the doctor. Please notify me immediately if your child
has a contagious illness. I will need to advise the other parents to control the outbreak. Your child’
s name will not be mentioned.
CHILDREN WHO ARE TO ILL TO FOLLOW OUR SCHEDULE OR IS VERY DISRUPTIVE DUE TO FEELING
POORLY WILL BE SENT HOME.
Medication
MAT is required by all licensed daycare providers and centers. I have received my training and
will continue to maintain it. All forms MUST be filled out and signed by all parties before I will
administrate medication to your children. They forms can be found in the information center or on
my web page. These classes are at least 8 hours long at one time. If these classes are not offered
on a weekend daycare will need to close to receive this training.
Child Abuse
I am required by law to report any suspected child abuse to DSS and the police department. My
first concern is the safety of your child. Any parent / child that accuse me of abuse or question me
in a way that is offending or unreasonable are considered a danger to my daycare and will be
terminated without a notice. Abuse is not a joking matter and is not handled here lightly. It is by
far funny and will be handled appropriately as the need or situation arises.
Animals
This is not only my business but it is my home as well. The animals in my home are always allowed
in the daycare area as long as the child / animal are not in danger. All of my animals have had all
their shots, medication for fleas, are very healthy. Children are forbidden to harm an animal or
“put another child up to” harming them. Parents are responsible for any and all vet bills / doctor
bills from abuse their child caused the animal or another child.
Parents should not allow their children or themselves kick at or push at the animals that come
near them. Anyone caught will be dismissed.
Court Order
If there is a court order keeping one parent or guardian away from the child, I must have a written
note from the custodial parent or guardian, and an order from the court on file to that effect.
Otherwise, I cannot prevent the non-custodial parent from picking up the child.
Fire Drills
As required by law, I will be practicing fire drills at the facility with all children at least once a
month.
Stickers On Door
The stickers on the door are NOT for the children to play with. These are regulations by DSS and
MUST remain on the door at all times. Please don’t allow your children to play with them.
Respect
I ask that you the parent, your children, and others entering into the daycare / my home respects
the daycare items
inside and out, my home, myself, and my family. Please do not attempt to correct my children what
they can and
cannot do in their own home regardless what they do. This includes that’s not nice. If there is a
problem with one of
them please talk to me so that I may correct them. Please don’t attempt to correct other daycare
children. This is against the law and can result in termination. Please also respect the way my
daycare is operated. Rules and regulations cannot and will not be changed.
If you have a problem with me or the way I run my daycare I would appreciate that your emails,
phone calls, and verbal conversations not be rude to me or degrading. Please do not treat me as
hired help or a babysitter. I am my own boss and this is my business. I am in control of it and
cannot be fired nor reprimanded.
Please correct your children when you see that they are abusing my home, daycare items, myself,
and others.
Miscellaneous
I chose this profession because of my love for children. This is a real job, that should get a real
paycheck, it is NOT a hobby. My family and daycare depends on my income, as your does. Prompt
payments, knowledge to pick-up and drop-off times, consideration of your sick child and
consideration of my personal time is very appreciate and required. I take my job very seriously,
and am committed to be the very best for your child. Everything in this book is non-negotiable. To
keep this daycare open and running I must have payments, respect, and consideration. If these
things are not given then the daycare cannot survive.
Revisions to Handbook
Pamela Vest / Owner reserve the right to make changes to the handbook and
contract as necessary. Every effort will be made to give a notice to parents of any
changes. All parents will receive the revised pages and sign the page as knowledge of
receiving the revised copy.
